A bold tribute to Scottish preacher and theologian Alexander Whyte, this graphic tee centers on one of his most memorable statements on the nature of God’s grace:
“But grace has only one direction that it can take. Grace always flows down.”

About the Sermon
Alexander Whyte (1836–1921) was a Scottish Free Church minister who preached at Free St George’s in Edinburgh for more than four decades and later served as principal of New College. The quote comes from his preaching on Romans 6:14, “Ye are not under the law, but under grace”: love can flow between equals or rise upward, “but grace has only one direction that it can take. Grace always flows down.”
